Legacy Training: MPS Technical Support

On successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to demonstrate an understanding and practical ability to operate an MPS multipoint system including understanding the services that the MCU provides, creating and managing active conferences, configuring single number dialing, configuring and operating personal conferences, customizing the user interface, understanding what an ISDN Gateway does, and making calls between ISDN and IP endpoints.
